We are now accepting program applications from all US K-12 school districts! Selected school districts will enjoy the full features of Smoothwall Monitor for free for one year.

Who can apply

Public school districts in the US can apply to receive one free year of Smoothwall Monitor. District administrators, technology directors, and school safety officials may apply for the program.

How to apply

To be considered for the program, please submit the form on the right. Provide your school’s details along and answer the following questions:

  • Provide an overview of your school district’s prevention and intervention, plan and what chain of command your district has in place.
  • What do you think is your school district’s most important digital safety concern?
  • How would your school district benefit from Smoothwall Monitor?

Program applicants must be submitted by 11:59 PM EST on October 31st. Any applications received after this point will not be considered.

Ts & Cs

  • Available to any K-12 public education institution located in the US.
  • Program applications will be accepted until 11:59 PM EST on October 31, 2019.
  • Schools will be selected on Smoothwall’s assessment of their proposal and will receive a notification of acceptance or rejection via email.
  • Selected schools will be featured as a Smoothwall Monitor case study.
  • Smoothwall Monitor – Self-Service licenses will be available at no cost for one full calendar year from the date of product deployment.
  • The program is available directly from Smoothwall only.
